Styled in a sea foam green gown with a knotted waist and cut-outs that highlighted her abs, the 43-year-old model's look included dramatic shoulder pads and a bodycon skirt. Accessorizing with a snakeskin clutch and silver heels, Kerr's hair was sleekly pulled back into a bun, complemented by fresh makeup.

Following the show, Kerr expressed her exhilaration on Instagram, stating, “Still smiling from this morning. Thank you @stellamccartney for such a special return to the runway.” The outdoor fashion event emphasized ocean conservation, beginning with a speech from British naturalist David Attenborough, who emphasized the urgent need to address ecological damage occurring beneath the ocean's surface.

Stella McCartney, known for her sustainable practices, also addressed the audience about the growing trend towards sustainability among larger fashion brands. "I think they all have good intentions,” she commented. “I just know that it would help me and smaller brands... if the big brands just accepted a new way of working and a new supply chain.”

Kerr’s last runway appearance was for Moschino in 2017. Despite her hiatus from the runway, she has maintained a presence at various high-profile events, including the 2026 Met Gala, where she wore a stunning halter gown by Dior. Before attending, she had also shared a photo of herself receiving a cosmetic procedure known as a microcurrent lift, designed to enhance facial contours.

Other celebrities present during Paris Fashion Week included Jennifer Lopez, Karlie Kloss, and Rosalia, among others, contributing to a significant week in fashion.
