Nip+Fab is set to launch its new skincare line, The Fix, at the end of September, aiming to redefine transparency in the industry. While many brands claim to be transparent, The Fix will provide detailed ingredient percentages, the true cost of each product, and comprehensive results from testing, including less favorable outcomes.

The Fix will feature a simplified three-step routine consisting of a serum, cream, and daily SPF. The serum contains 3% Bio-Placenta, 30% Solalift WP, 5% Niacinamide PC, and 0.3% CycloRetin, while the cream includes 2% RejuveNAD, 2% Cellaigie, 5% SK Influx Evolve, and 0.3% CycloRetin. The SPF 50+ UVA Day Shield, tested to ISO 24444, 24442, and 24443 standards, promises broad-spectrum protection with five-star UVA coverage.

The line was tested in a 12-week clinical study with 60 volunteers, and Nip+Fab intends to publish the full reports from these tests, along with laboratory results and supplier data, making detailed information available to consumers.

For each formula in The Fix, all ingredient percentages will be disclosed, cumulatively totaling 100%. However, the specifics of the percentages of individual filters in the UVA Day Shield's seven-filter UV system will remain undisclosed at the request of the manufacturing partner.

In addition to ingredient transparency, Nip+Fab will provide a breakdown of the costs associated with producing each product and explain its pricing structure. This initiative is particularly significant in an industry often marked by vague claims about product efficacy.

Michael Hume, Managing Director of Nip+Fab, stated that this launch is intended to set new industry standards for transparency, highlighting the excessive noise and misinformation prevalent in skincare today. The Fix will be available exclusively at nipandfabthefix.com on September 29, with a US release date yet to be determined.
