Alexandra Eala continues to make waves beyond the tennis court, recently attending the Chanel Spring/Summer 2027 show as part of Paris Fashion Week. Eala, who secured her first WTA Tour title in Washington, D.C. this summer, showcased her fashion sense in a Chanel tweed jacket paired with a black shirt and dark pants.

In an interview with Vogue Philippines, Eala expressed her excitement, stating, "It's so surreal to experience the collection, to experience Chanel in Paris. I wouldn't have had it any other way for my first show." Her debut at Paris Fashion Week followed just weeks after participating in multiple shows during New York Fashion Week. After the US Open, she attended the Tory Burch Spring/Summer 2027 showcase, where she mingled with figures like actress Amanda Seyfried, singer Lauryn Hill, and former Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
Eala also attended Michael Kors' Spring/Summer 2027 event at The Museum of Modern Art's Sculpture Garden and capped off her Fashion Week experience at Calvin Klein's exhibition. Discussing her favorite looks from Chanel, Eala noted her admiration for the twin dresses, describing them as "very flowy" and inspired by different times of day, as well as the structured dresses rich in detail. "I love how they blended simple silhouettes and details, and I think everything was very wearable. That's what stood out to me," she added.
On the court, Eala's recent performances in the Asian Swing have not been ideal. She suffered a defeat against Tatiana Prozorova, then ranked No. 180 in the world, in her opening match in Singapore, losing 4-6, 7-5, 6-3 after letting a lead slip away in a match lasting over three hours. Eala aims to bounce back next week in Wuhan, the final WTA 1000 tournament of the season, where she has previously lost her opening matches in 2024 and 2022. This will be her first appearance at the tournament as a direct entrant.
