Lovelace encourages attendees to dress up, saying it adds to the festive atmosphere reminiscent of a true fashion week.

This year’s roster includes returning designer Tremaine Pollydore of Maine Attraction by TPollydesigns, alongside newcomer Teiraney Ousley. Young talent will also be highlighted, including Lovelace’s daughter, Forever, who created her own outfit for a preview, expressing her passion for dressmaking.

Lovelace’s initiative stems from her founding of the Young Designers Academy, where she teaches children ages seven to 15 the art of sewing and showcases their creations in semester-end fashion shows. This concept later evolved into Conway Fashion Week, inspired by a desire to involve the broader community.

Attendees can expect “good food, great people, good fashion,” along with opportunities for local businesses to network and engage. Pollydore previewed a piece from his collection titled “Emotions,” which symbolizes themes of freedom and restriction, and highlighted his intent to create a sense of peace through his work.

Pollydore noted the personal significance of returning to Conway Fashion Week, as it allows him to connect with his community. He also emphasized his support for Lovelace and the local fashion scene. Teiraney hinted at an eye-catching collection focused on empowering women, featuring bold designs and metallic elements, aiming to resonate with the audience.

Lovelace emphasized that Conway Fashion Week aims to fill a local niche by showcasing talent from the Conway area. The event will take place on Sunday, October 11, with doors opening at 4 PM and the show beginning at 5 PM. Tickets and further information can be found online by searching “Conway Fashion Week 2026” or on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Looking ahead, Lovelace expressed her ambition for the event to continue growing, providing designers and young creatives with a platform for expression.
