Last week, Bluemercury's Chestnut Hill location hosted a masterclass with SkinCeuticals, attracting skincare enthusiasts eager to deepen their knowledge. Managing Director of Brand & Communications, Brooke Goodwin-Fullerton, emphasized the importance of in-person experiences, stating that beauty is a sensory journey often lost in online shopping. The goal is to ensure every client feels supported and knowledgeable about their beauty routines.

At the event, attendees could engage directly with Beauty Experts, ask questions, and receive personalized product recommendations. The session featured various testers set up at transformed product tills, allowing participants to explore a range of serums and creams.
SkinCeuticals educator Cori Ramos led the masterclass, creating a relaxed atmosphere to help demystify the brand's scientifically backed formulas. Participants began by cleansing their faces with one of two SkinCeuticals cleansers suited to their skin types. Ramos guided the group through additional steps, introducing the AGE Advanced Eye Cream and Triple Lipid Restore Moisturizer while explaining each product's benefits. Attendees also received goodie bags containing reusable under-eye patches and gua sha tools.
Following the skincare routine, guests had the opportunity to use the SkinCeuticals Skinscope, a diagnostic tool that analyzes skin conditions using dual-light technology. An esthetician was able to identify issues such as congestion, hyperpigmentation, and dehydration with a seamless scan.
Based on the skin analysis, participants received personalized treatment plans. Recommendations included the Phloretin CF vitamin C serum for balancing pigmentation, P-Tiox serum and cream for firming, HA Intensifier Multi-Glycan for hydration, and the Advanced RGN-6 Regenerative Cream, which targets signs of aging and damage.
