The funds will benefit the Sephora U.S. Impact Fund, which is managed by the Tides Foundation. These contributions will subsequently support Right To Be, a global nonprofit organization that has over two decades of experience in helping individuals respond to harassment through educational programs and bystander intervention training.

Sephora and Right To Be aim to provide individuals with practical skills to identify appearance-based hate, respond safely, and offer mutual support.

This initiative is part of Sephora’s broader effort and its first global signature cause, known as Project Hearts Not Hate.

The donation campaign will take place on October 9 and 10 in standalone stores, with a maximum contribution of $300,000, and at Sephora locations within Kohl’s, capped at $50,000.
