Dr. Ellis created Prequel with the belief that access to expert skin health information should be available to all. The advisory board, which includes eight dermatologists and chemist Iris Lee, will guide Prequel’s educational initiatives and help disseminate trusted information about skin health to a wider audience.
The board members, including Dr. Brittany Oliver, Dr. Kiyanna Williams, Dr. Andrew Park, Dr. Cory Kosche, Dr. Lina Kennedy, Dr. Cheri Frey, and Dr. Divya Shokeen, bring diverse expertise in areas such as medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, as well as cosmetic chemistry.
Dr. Ellis expressed her enthusiasm for the diversity of perspectives the members will provide, noting, "There is so much noise around skincare today, and our goal is to help people better understand what works, what matters, and why, so they can make more informed decisions about their skin health."
As the demand for credible skincare information continues to grow, Prequel aims to bridge the gap between consumers and expert knowledge. The advisory board will not only participate in expert roundtables but also contribute to educational content and discussions on skin health trends.
Prequel’s CEO Nathalie Kristo emphasized that the board signifies the brand’s deepening commitment to education, stating that by assembling experts with varied specialties, Prequel can continue to serve as a reliable source for effective skincare solutions and knowledge.
Founded by Dr. Ellis, Prequel is dedicated to delivering effective and accessible skincare products while fostering increased consumer understanding of skin health.
