Under Lis's leadership, Dermalogica has strengthened its position in professional skincare and expanded into select retail channels. Tim Bunch, currently the General Manager of Dermalogica North America, will take on the role of interim CEO until a permanent successor is found.

Dermalogica is one of four key brands within Unilever Prestige, alongside K18, Paula’s Choice, and Hourglass. Following his departure, Lis plans to return to entrepreneurship, focusing on ventures related to artificial intelligence, skincare, wellness, and holistic health. The leadership transition represents a notable shift for Unilever Prestige as it continues to develop its premium beauty portfolio, reflecting a growing interest in the intersection of beauty, technology, and wellness.
