This development follows the recent announcement of Woods Furniture becoming Castlepoint’s first dedicated furniture brand, demonstrating significant leasing activity at the destination.
This expansion reflects the asset management strategy of Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Delancey, aimed at creating a diverse tenant mix that meets the demand for recognizable brands.
