Brixmor Property Group is now advancing into the second phase of development. William Greimel, VP of redevelopment, stated that the success of Phase I prompted a reimagining of the site to create a dynamic shopping environment designed for long-term growth. The second phase will involve replacing the former Regal Cinema with three multi-tenant buildings, totaling 46,000 square feet.
Alongside Sephora, other new tenants will include Burtons Grill & Bar, Shake Shack, Just Salad, Starbucks, and Naya. Sephora specializes in cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances, and beauty tools, offering products from brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Makeup by Mario, Summer Fridays, Laneige, K18, Sol de Janeiro, and Lancôme. The store will also provide beauty services and personalized consultations from Sephora Beauty Advisors.
