Jan Sprung emphasized the importance of considering canine skin health, stating that while people are becoming more selective about skincare ingredients for themselves, dog grooming has often focused mainly on fur cleanliness. The objective was to address the needs of the skin as the primary element, ensuring it delivers effective results without neglecting the unique requirements of canine skin.

At the core of FURVIVE is Copaiba, an ingredient derived from Brazilian Copaifera tree resin, which is relatively new to the dog skincare market. This botanical is part of the proprietary COPAIBOPLEX and is complemented by high-quality ingredients typically found in human skincare, such as Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Oat Kernel, Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, and Argan Oil. These ingredients are designed specifically for canine skin and pH levels, assisting in cleansing, soothing, hydrating, and conditioning the skin and coat effectively.
